We are looking for a Void Co Ordinator for a role based in East London
Do you have a keen eye for detail, great interpersonal skills and the ability to provide a brilliant customer service? If yes, then look no further – our Repairs & Maintenance team are looking for a Void Coordinator to help the team provide vital administrative support.
Responsibilities
• Coordinating and administering void property repairs and maintenance, including job validation, invoicing, and work order management.
• Ensuring works comply with legislation, health and safety, and organisational standards while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
• Identifying and mitigating risks in service delivery, working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Communicating effectively with tenants throughout the works process and supporting complaint resolution.
