Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial management of a large-scale commercial project

• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages

• Cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow management

• Valuations, variations and final accounts

• Working closely with the project and site teams to ensure commercial success

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on commercial or large construction projects

• Strong understanding of cost control and contractual procedures

• Ability to work autonomously while supporting wider project teams

• Relevant construction or commercial qualification (preferred)

Package:

• £55,000 – £65,000 salary (DOE)
