Quantity Surveyor

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance, Travel Expenses & Bonus
Location: UK (site-based with flexibility)

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing construction business delivering a major, high-profile project. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven QS looking to take the next step in their career with a company that genuinely invests in its people.

The Role

You will play a key role in the commercial management of a large construction project, working closely with the site and senior commercial teams to ensure financial performance is maximised and risks are effectively managed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cost planning, budgeting and forecasting

• Procurement and management of subcontract packages

• Valuations, variations and final accounts

• Commercial reporting and cost control

• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders

• Supporting the delivery of the project to programme and budget

About You

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction

• Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a wider team

• Ambitious, proactive and keen to progress
