Location: M25 Corridor (Covering 25 Commercial Buildings)

Salary: Initial rate is £25 per hour, £45,000 on a permanent basis (potentially offered following 3 month temporary period).

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Van Mobile Plumber / Mechanical Engineer to join our team, covering a portfolio of 25 commercial buildings along the M25 corridor. This is a mobile role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across multiple sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing and mechanical maintenance

• Diagnosing and repairing faults across commercial building systems

• Ensuring compliance and accurate reporting through Elogbooks (CAFM system)

• Supporting site teams and maintaining high standards of service delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified plumber or mechanical engineer
