Job Description

• Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors across South London and Sevenoaks-based projects.

• Manage commercial performance of assigned social housing workstreams, including component, project, and regeneration schemes.

• Oversee cash flow, valuations, and subcontractor payments ensuring compliance with contractor and client processes.

• Drive procurement and pricing activities for works, directly or via the QS team.

• Ensure smooth delivery of projects within a framework or long-term partnership environment in the South London / Sevenoaks area.

Skills / Qualifications

• Proven contractor-side experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally within Tier 1 or main contractors.

• Strong knowledge of subcontractor procurement, cash flow, valuations, and supply chain management.

• Demonstrable line management experience, leading QS teams in South London / Sevenoaks.

• Experience in social housing, regeneration, or planned maintenance projects.

• Comfortable working hands-on within framework or long-term partnership projects, managing multiple work streams.
