The Opportunity

Main contractors with strong healthcare frameworks are recruiting Site and Construction Managers for hospital builds, healthcare hubs, and life sciences facilities.

These projects require experienced managers who understand regulated environments, compliance, and quality-driven delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site and subcontractor management

• Driving quality assurance and safety standards

• Coordinating specialist trades and phased handovers

• Working with clinical users and technical consultants

What’s Required

• SM or CM experience with a main contractor

• Experience in healthcare, education, or regulated sectors

• Strong knowledge of QA, ITPs, and compliance processes

• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid

• Methodical, detail-driven delivery approach
