Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Essex

Package: £70,000 – £80,000 plus car allowance and flexible working

Skilled Careers are working for a Tier One Main Contractor who due to an impressive amount of work winning are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be the lead of a £25m Education project.

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will be someone who has the experience managing projects on a scale up to £20m.

This is an award-winning Main Contractor who are commonly on top of the contract’s leader board, and it is a company renowned for flexible working.

Responsibilities

• Playing a lead role within the Commercial Team, leading a variety of projects including Education, Commercial, Healthcare and more.
• Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors.

• Managing a team of Surveyors and showing them what it takes to step into a Leading Surveying role.

Requirements

• Ideally have worked on Education projects but will consider people who have worked on large scale Commercial projects.
• Experience working for a Main Contractor.
• Someone who has managed projects valued up to £20m.
