I am currently working with a large Social Housing Main Contractor, who cover a wide range of interesting and challenging planned maintenance projects in the South East of England.

They have a strong client base with a large pipeline of work that they require a Senior Site Manager to oversee.

As a Site Manager, you will be on Site in charge of a large cladding and EWI replacement scheme in North London. The Project will start soon and you will be charged with managing the site from Cradle to Grave, ensuring that the Sub Contractors are completing the work both to the required standard and on time.

It is essential that the successful candidate will be an experienced Site Manager who has worked on D&B projects within either a Developer or Main Contractor on Cladding replacement projects.
