COMPLIANCE MANAGER WITH MAIN CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A PERMANENT POSITION IN BIRMINGHAM 

Job Title: Compliance Manager 

Location: Birmingham 

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Package

• The ideal Compliance Manager must be someone ideally with experience of working for a main contractor.

Requirements

• Quality and compliance management experience
• Accountable for reviewing and updating high-level documentation and auditing current projects to define a gap analysis
• Ensure correct record keeping, improvement opportunities with how digital systems were currently set up along with successful stakeholder engagement to co-Chair weekly Quality Management Meetings with the Construction Director.
• Inspect and audit the quality of site installations with rigour and exactitude to drive the implementation of effective root-cause analysis and corrective improvement actions.
• Quality Plans developed to deliver each Clients requirements.
• Work with the design team and specialist supply chain to ensure quality is always on the agenda and is driven into all aspects of the design and the project deliverables.
• Support the site teams with ensuring projects are handed over to the complete satisfaction of Clients by implementing a proactive approach to managing snags and defects to achieve defect-free delivery.
• Customer care procedures and practical experience of the completion processes for project handover.
