Job Title: Senior Estimator

Location: North London

Package: £80,000 – £90,000 plus package

Skilled Careers are working with a leading Main Contractor who are looking for a Senior Estimator with a wide range of sector experience to play a key role leading a number of Education Projects.

As the Senior Estimator you will be working within the Fit Out and Refurb division working on projects for the local authority/

Responsibilities

• Play a leading role within the Fit Out and Refurb sectors within the Education sector.
• Plan and lead cost estimates for all sizes of projects.
• Attend launch and mid-bid meetings.
• Attend internal handover meetings.
• Attend post-tender interviews.
• Organise the preparation of Bills of Quantities and schedules of work as and when required.

Requirements

• Education sector experience.
• Someone who is hands on within the role.
• Be able to estimate on a wide variety of project types ranging from D&B and JCT traditional forms of contract in the £100k to £10 million range.
