I am currently working with a large Social Housing Main Contractor, who cover a wide range of interesting and challenging planned maintenance projects in the South East of England.
They have a strong client base with a large pipeline of work that they require a Contracts Manager to oversee.
As an Operations manager it will be your role to ensure the effective management and delivery of multiple contracts and Contracts Managers, ensuring programme requirements are met whilst working in line with both Company and regional objectives and achieving the client and customer aspirations and expectations, to manage contracts to achieve targets in respect of safety, time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will also have the task of tendering for new projects and completing progress reports to feed back to the Divisional Director.
It is essential that the successful candidate has D&B experience working within a Main Contractor as well as demonstrating a history of managing multiple contracts simultaneously. The projects you will be expected to run will include FRA, Re-Cladding, Kitchens and Bathrooms, EWI, Externals and Internals.
