I have an opportunity for a Construction Manager to lead a £20m commercial office refurbishment in Central London. The project comprises of a new façade and internal fit out to CAT A standard.

You'll work closely with the Project Manager, but will be the main driving force on the job. As Construction Manager, you will be leading the subcontractors on site ensuring health, safety and quality as well as driving the job forward to programme.

Experience of managing façades is key requirement for this role as well as managing the internal packages on fit out projects.

CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications will also be required.
