Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor 

Location: Illford

Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + Package

Skilled Careers are working with a leading Main Contractor who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong New Build experience to join on a permanent basis.

Duties

• Produce commercial reports both internally and external to the company.
• Ensure the timely receipt of quotations for materials, equipment and Sub-subcontract works, undertake commercial assessment of quotes received and ensure the timely placement of orders on commercially advantageous terms to facilitate project delivery and ensure business objectives are met.
• Regularly complete on-site measurements/ take off’s.
• Have a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to manage and help develop.

Requirements

• New Build experience
• Large Project experience
• Need to have done a Senior Quantity Surveyor role before
