My client is seeking an RLO to work on a planned maintenance project in South-West London. 

The successful RLO will be the main point of contact for residents on a block undergoing maintenance works. The works are mostly external (window/door replacements) and there are some properties having upgrades such as boiler replacements. The properties are all situated in the same location, therefore you will not need to drive around all day. 

To be considered for this RLO role, you will have experience working as an RLO for either a Main Contractor or Local Authority previously. 

This RLO position is being offered on an initial freelance basis of around 10-12 weeks. Hourly rate around £17-18 paid via Umbrella company.
