Skilled Careers are currently working with a leading Main Contractor who are working on a framework basis with the MoJ and are looking to engage with an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager. You will initially be tasked with delivering a £50m M&E package on a new accommodation block on a prison in Cambridge, the project is currently in early phases and is expected to PC in 2027. You will manage the entire mechanical team on the project and also have an Electrical Project Manager report to you although technical electrical experience is not essential, you will need to be able to oversee the delivery of the electrical package.
