Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Skilled careers are working with a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of over £150m and a strong presence across the commercial, healthcare and data center sectors who require a senior mechanical project manager to join their business to deliver a notable healthcare project in South West London. 

Duties include 

• Attending project meetings and producing reports.
• Building relationships with clients/contractors as part of the team.
• Attending meetings with designers, specialist contractors and internal teams
• Reviewing of designs to ensure compliance to specification
• Reviewing, assessing and selecting mechanical sub-contractors
• Knowledge of market rates and have commercial input to the procurement team.
• On site reviews and managing of building services installation to ensure contract compliance.
• Ensuring health and safety policy is adhered during project duration.
