Operations Manager required for a repeat client! 

Client: 

My client are a leading contractor in the construction industry who have a turnover of circa £200M focussing on projects across a variety of sectors including: social housing, residential and public sector. 

Role: 

My client are currently seeking to recruit an Operations Manager to oversee multiple social housing contracts based in London. The total value of the contracts combined is circa £20M per annum. The role will be to oversee the refurbishment of multiple social housing units however primarilry focussing on external works including: fire safety, prevention and upgrades. My client are seeking an Operations Manager who has experience running contracts of a similar value as well as somoene who has overseen teams of up to 5 direct reports. As an operations manager you will be responsible for all matters across the contracts reporting into a Divisonal Director. 

Responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

• Client Management 
• Design
• FRA ISO 
• Delegation of works 
• Day-day management of the contracts.
