Our client, the UK's leading property services company, have a fantastic career developing opportunity for an Operations Manager to join their growing team on a £15m framework in Central London.
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and controlling a £15m framework of internal and external residential refurbishment projects on planned maintenance activities. Your role will be ensuring that the projects are successfully completed within budget, to the company quality standards, within the contract period and to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring highest level of H&S at all times.
Experience of managing Internal and External packages for Social Housing, Decent Homes projects is essential for this role (Kitchen's and Bathroom's, Re-Wiring, Windows, Roofing, Balconies, Brickwork etc). MS Project skills are also required for this position along with client facing experience and good communications skills.
You will be providing leadership and direction to the teams which will include Contracts Managers & Quantity Surveyors and will be developing short & medium term strategies for the team including but not limited to: Value creation on projects through continued customer focus and maintain the can do culture within your team to ensure customer, staff and project aspirations are met. Taking full responsibility and accountability for your P & L and operational activities within the team and provide a positive influence on projects to ensure the continued success of the division
