I'm currently working with a leading Main Contractor and their building services division are looking to grow the team who are currently delivering a commercial building that has a £30m mechanical shell and core package. You would be joining a specialised team of Building Services Managers reporting upstream into the Building Services Directors. Your main objective will be to manage specialist M&E subcontractors from cradle to grave for the duration of the scheme.
