A role has come up with a Local Authority as Building Surveyors based in South London for 6 months contract

Pay rate: £27.79/hour – umbrella

Closing date: 15/10/2023

Main Objective:

damp & mould surveyor required, inspection of properties, managing works

Surveyor (damp and mould)

•          Inspector to undertake damp and mould surveys

•          Raising orders via northgate housing

•          Overseeing works where required

•          Extensive experience of HNC level
