PLASTER/MULTI-TRADER LOCATION– Lambeth

PLASTER/MULTI-TRADER SALARY– £20ph, 42.5hr working week

Skilled Careers are currently working on behalf of a large Housing Association who are on the hunt for a PLASTER/MULTI-TRADER to carry out reactive maintenance repairs across social housing properties.

To be considered for the role you will need to have:

• Full UK licence
• Qualifications
• Experience within property maintenance
• Clean DBS

Duties May Include:

• Plastering
• Painting/decorating 
• Patch plastering
• Tiling
