Position: Technical Coordinator
Location: Thamesmead, London
Salary: £45k – £55k + Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension + Healthcare

As a Technical Coordinator you will be working for one of the most prestigious developers in London and you will be able to work on complex and challenging schemes. This forward thinking company already has 20% of their workload in modular construction, with new build and refurbishment also on their portfolio. With a £1bn turnover and a well-structured approach to projects they are a professional outfit with excellent process and procedures in place. 

The Position:

This is a unique opportunity to be involved in a 1,750 unit scheme right at the beginning of the project. It is due to start on site in September so you will initially be heavily involved, and must have experience in, the planning stage. This will involve working on multiple planning application and conditions, dealing with planning officers, and helping kick start a high profile RC frame project.
