Site Manager required for a repeat client!

Client: 

My client are a main contractor who have been established for more than 50 years and focus on projects across a variety of sectors including: hotels, residential, education and public sector. 

Role:

My client are seeking a site manager on a permanent basis who can work as part of a team on a new build mixed use scheme in Cambridge. The site is currently live and my client are seeking a site manager who is able to oversee all internal trades from 1st fix – handover. You will report into a Senior Site Manager. The scheme is part residential and part hotel with a value of circa £28M. 

Responsibilities:

• RAMs
• Inductions
• H&S
• Logistics & welfare
• Short term programming
