Senior Site Manager required for a repeat client

Client:

My client are a leading main contractor who undertake work across a variety of sectors including: social housing, decent homes and public sectors.

Role:

My client seeking a permanent senior site manager on a full time basis to oversee and lead a £4M project in South East London. The project commences on site at the end of March and consists of an EWI/External cladding refurbishment project in South East London. My client are seeking a senior site manager who has experience in working as the lead manager on a site pushing the program whilst reporting into a visiting contracts manager. 

Responsibilities as senior site manager include but not limited to:

• RAMS
• H&S
• Sub-contractor management
• Short term programming
• Logistics & Welfare
