Job: Resident Liaison Officer
I am currently working with a main contractor who are recruiting for a RLO. My client work on a lot of social housing projects and some new build resi and education.
Health & Safety
Ensure residents are fully aware of all works due to be carried out, the timescales and staff and contractor contact details
As a resident liaison officer you will be the key point of contact for residents that we are carrying out work for, delivering excellent customer care to ensure the program of works are met.
Visit residents in their homes to discuss their specific circumstances and compile household profiles to assist in delivering works
Issuing relevant documentation to residents
Achieve targets for resident satisfaction
To investigate and assist in the resolution of any complaint by residents in connection with the works. If unable to resolve initially, then to ensure that the Contract Manager is fully briefed on cases that will require their input for resolution
To provide statistical information on customer satisfaction results as required by the Management Team
Work together with the site team with the aim of delivering additional profit
Ideally we are looking for candidates that have experience of working in the housing sector already as a RLO
