Repairs Call Handler
Skilled Careers are currently working with a leading contractor to recruit for 2x Repair Call Handlers on a temporary contract.
Start Date – ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with tenants enquires via telephone and emails.
- To deliver a high standard of customer service
- Dealing with repair enquires
- Liaising with tenants, contractors and other teams around the organisation.
- Raising repair orders with SOR codes
- Assisting the Repairs team with administrative tasks including emails.
Required Experience:
- Must have at least 2 years experience working within a busy call centre – Essential.
- Working within a Social Housing call centre – Desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
