About the Company

My client are a very well known main contractor who are a market leader in industrial and commercial projects across the UK. With a turnover of approximately £300 Million.

They are big investors in people and have been around for over 20 years of successful trade.

About the Role

My client need a Quantity Surveyor to look after a multiillion new build warehouse project.  This is two industrial units which includes some demolition. 

You will be repsonsible for valulations, variations, CVR's, procurement, managing sub-contractor payments and managing sub contractor accounts.

Ideally someone qualified with a degree.

About the Salary

My client will offer up to £65K as a basic salary and a car allowance on top of this with a bonus.  Pension and healthcare will also be available.  My client are looking for someone to start ideally as soon as possible.
