Position: Pre Construction Manager
Location: East London
Salary: £65k – £75k + package

As a FTSE 250 company with a group turnover of £1bn, this company have been in the business for 80 years. With a good internally structure and an excellent health and safety record they seek a Pre-Construction Design Manager. Focussing in the RC frame residential market within London project sizes range from 300 units to 1,200 units. 
As a Pre Construction Manager you will be working closely on front end design from land through to planning. You will be working closely with both teams and will also be liaising with the technical team. 

You will be involved in all aspects of front end design including utilities, environment, structure, architects, planning, land buying, ground investigation, surveyors and bids. Previous experience with a residential developer or main contractor is essential. Remote working is offered until it is safe to go back to the office.
