Plasterer/Multi Trader required for a Maintenance contractor providing a range of services including reactive Repairs and Voids to social housing properties. This role will involve attending properties on a daily basis to carry out repairs and will involve dealing with tenants.

Location of the work is based around South London. 

This role will mainly involve internal wet trades duties of which are: 

• Patch Plastering 
• Plastering Whole ceiling/walls
• Render repairs
• Plasterboard 
• Artex 
• Mould Wash & Treatment

You will need:

• Own Tools
• Drivers Licence
• Experience working in occupied and voids social housing properties
• PASMA, CSCS card and asbestos awareness is desired
