£16 – £18ph + Van & Fuel 

I am currently looking for multi trade carpenters to work on a social housing contract around Reading Berkshire. The work will consist of day to day reactive maintenance as well as some void work. It is essential the applicant has a core trade as well as knowledge within a few others such as basic plumbing, painting and patch plastering.

Essential: 

• Multi trade experience 
• Full drivers licence 
• Live within reasonable distance of Reading 

Desirable: 

• Social housing experience 
• DBS 
• CSCS
