An excellent opportunity to work in static commercial office building in the City of London (London Bridge) has arisen with one of the UK’s largest property management companies. The successful candidate will join a team of multi skilled engineers working within a secure government location carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks.

Duties:

• Commercial PPM & Reactive maintenance under contractual SLA
• Emergency lighting
• Fire alarms
• FCU's
• AHU's
• BMS – Head End Controls
• HVAC plant
• VAV – VRV
• Water treatment
• Ballast Changes
• Lamping
• PAT testing

Requirements:

• Apprentice trained
• City and Guild Level 3 in Mechanical (NECESSARY)
• 17th Edition
