Requirements

Responsibility for day to day management of allocated portfolio of projects

Responsibility for ensuring projects are completed on a timely basis within budget

Following and monitoring ongoing maintenance works

Overseeing / ordering and delivering material requirements for the project

Managing the labour on site (Firestoppers and Joiners)
