My client is seeking a Facade Manager to work on a new build residential development in Birmingham. 

The successful Facade Manager will be responsible for managing the external packages which mostly include brickwork. You will have experience managing facade packages previously, either for a Main Contractor or a specialist Facade Subcontractor. The blocks go up to 22 storeys so high-rise experience is also desirable. 

To be considered for this Facade Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. 

This Facade Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis.
