ESTIMATOR WITH RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A PERMANENT POSITION IN BIRMINGHAM

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Cost planner looking to showcase their skills and knowledge working with a reputable residential developer. This role would be ideal for someone who is looking to progress their career into a Estimator.  

Location:      BIRMINGHAM 

Package:      £50,000 – £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and review cost estimates, review contractor’s proposals, and participate in negotiations with contractors
• Perform accurate quantity take
• Prepare full project estimates from conceptual design through 100% design, and prepare written basis of estimate report associated with the estimates
• Prepare full tender analysis
• Track market conditions and costs
• Cost planning, estimating
• Product High Level Budget/Cost Plans
• Organise and manage cost estimating database
• Overseeing estimating function 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Residential Developer experience would be advantageous
• Exceptional skills demonstrating attention to detail
• Adept in managing and delivering against challenging and competing timescales
