06:00am – 14:30pm / 08:00am – 17:00pm / 10:00am – 19:00pm

An excellent opportunity to work in static City of London commercial office building has arisen with one of the UK’s largest property management companies. The successful candidate will join a team of multi skilled engineers, and they will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks.

This position is working part of a 2 man team, this position is for a tenant engineer.

Duties:

• Commercial PPM & Reactive maintenance under contractual SLA
• Emergency lighting
• Fire alarms
• FCU's
• AHU's
• BMS – Head End Controls
• HVAC plant
• VAV – VRV
• Water treatment
• Ballast Changes
• Lamping
• PAT testing

Requirements:

• Apprentice trained
• City and Guild Level 3 electrical bias
• 17th Edition
• Commercial Maintenance Experience
• Client facing persona
