Construction Planner – ASTA
£50k – £65k DOE + Generous Benefits Package 
 
My client is a fast-growing Main Contractor, they have multiple offices and focus on new build residential and student accommodation schemes across London in excess of £100M. They are looking to recruit an Intermediate Construction Planner to work alongside their Senior Planner.
 
Responsibilities

As the Construction Planner will be based from their Central London office and be heavily involved with visiting their live sites, amending the master plan, and updating droplines.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Construction Planner, working on new build residential schemes, and fully proficient in ASTA.
 
What they can offer you is the chance to work closely with their in-house Senior Planner who will teach you everything they know and aim to develop your skills throughout the full lifecycle of the build, as well as gaining experience on Major Schemes in London.
 
 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Construction Planner
• Track record working on new build schemes for a Contractor / Developer.
• Able to confidently use ASTA to amend and update programmes.
• 3+ years experience.
• A passion for construction.
   

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits Package
