Job Title: Carpenter/ Multi-trader (Social Housing) 

Location: Chiswick, West London

Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 p/a   

Currently working on behalf of a Social Housing maintenance contractor who are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Carpenter to work with them on their project in West London.

You will have a varied workload, which usually entails based from a local strategic site office but carrying out multiple visits to properties throughout various locations when carrying out responsive and void repairs.

All candidates will be required to hold a full UK driving license due to using the company vehicle. 

Essential Duties:

• Carpentry – Kitchen Bathrooms
• Basic Patch and full wall Plastering
• Tiling
• Painting
• Basic Plumbing

Desired Requirements:

• Full UK Driving license
• Asbestos Awareness
• Social Housing Experience
