Carpenter – Fire Door Works

£19 – £20ph + Van and fuel card – Temp to Perm role 

East London – East Ham 

Skilled careers are currently recruiting for a well-known social housing provider and are looking for several carpenters with knowledge of FRA works and fire door programs. This role will be maintaining and installing fire doors across the East London area

This will be working within occupied and voids dwellings and will be experienced in providing customer service to tenants and customers within the area.

Duties will include

• Installation / Maintenance of Fire Doors including, but not limited to:
  • Fire gaps
  • Mastic strips
  • Fire Sealants
• Ensuring that fire doors are correctly fitted and compliant with health and safety standards within the UK
• Working in a timely manner to keep up with weekly deadlines
