Job Title: Call Handler / Repairs Administrator
Pay: £10.64ph PAYE – Temp ongoing role moving to permanent position after probation period
Location: St Albans
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – Overtime on weekends and after your shift is available on request – Not essential
One of our social housing clients is looking for a Call Handler / Repairs Administrator to join their team in Potters Bar.
This role will be supporting all aspects of Customer service / Administration with the social housing sector and assisting with all aspects of maintenance servicing support.
You will be required to:
• Update databases accordingly
• Providing excellent customer service to residents and other customers
• Taking inbound calls from residents across several housing associations regarding their already booked appointment or calls regarding a repair that they'd like to schedule.
• General customer service and administration
You will ideally have worked within a similar position and have experience working within a call center/call taking environment. Experience with all Microsoft office packages including outlook diary management is highly advantageous. Experience working with systems such as Northgate, DRS, Opti-time, Orchard, Impact or similar is desired but not essential.
This role has immediate starts available with competitive rates of pay.
