I am recruiting for freelance Block Manger to work on a flagship residential scheme based in the Hayes area.

The project consists of high-end RC frame units, you will need proven experience of taking residential units from 1st fix to handover.

Duties:

* Overseeing internal packages, from 1st fix to handover.
* Providing clear direction to the on-site sub-contractors
* Health and Safety on site
* Managing the programme
* Following quality control.

Experience Required:

* A proven track record of working on residential RC Frame units from 1st fix to handover
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid.

This is a long-term freelance role, with a potential permanent contract.
