Position: Bid Writer

Location: North London

Salary: £42k – £52k + benefits

The Company:

As a well-established residential developer / main contractor this is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic growing bid team. This will be involved in large scale residential projects including D&B contracts with Housing Associations and Joint Ventures with private sales elements. The team are well respected by the business, having achieved a financial award for their level of customer service. You will be responsible for gathering information from all different parts of the business including marketing, communications, technical and production.

The role will involve PQQ’s, tender submissions, owning written elements, build relationships to get key information and working to strict deadlines. Previous experience within the residential sector is beneficial and good InDesign skills are essential.
