Air Conditioning Engineer – Static Site – South London

Monday – Friday

08:00am – 17:00pm

An excellent opportunity to work as a Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer has arisen with one of the markets leading Building Services Providers. The successful candidate will be working on a large esatet in South London and they will be required to perform all PPMs and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out all the servicing & maintenance of commercial air-conditioning and refrigeration units
• Working on Various Air conditioning systems – VRV / VRFs, split & multi-split systems
• AHU, FCU & Refrigeration maintenance
• Assist with all maintenance tasks and PPM's as scheduled including electrical, mechanical tasks
• Complete all paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent (minimum) Air-conditioning and refrigeration
• Commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background
• Experience with VRV's, VRF's, chillers, Air handling units
• F Gas 2079/2089 qualified
• Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge
• Flexible with a positive attitude and approach
• 17th Edition (highly desired
