Site Manager – Main Contracting
Site Manager
I am currently looking for a Site Manager to work for a main contractor on projects up to £2 million as a number one. Projects can be a commercial, education, healthcare, leisure, heritage and a mix of refurbishment and new build.
The main duties of a Site Manager include:
- Management of sub-contractors and staff
- Health and safety talks
- Liaising with the clients
- Attending progress meetings
- Generally overseeing the project ensuring that it is completed on time
Required tickets:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Full UK Driving License.
You must have a proven track record of running sites up to £2million.
