Skilled Careers are currently working with a leading housing provider to recruit for a repairs Scheduling Team Leader. This exciting new opportunity is looking for an experienced Scheduling Team Leader to come and join the growing team.  As a Scheduling Team Leader, you will also have lots of opportunities to further your career.

Key responsibilities:

  • To Lead and motivate your team of Repair Officers and Planners.
  • Develop, coach and mentor the Scheduling team to ensure a well-motived team.
  • Managing Repairs Officers and Schedulers with day to delivery of their front line contact and diary system. With day to delivery of their front-line contact and diary system
  • Develop and maintain excellent internal relationships


  • Must have experience within the same or similar role – Essential. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
