Key responsibilities
- Give advice and assistance to tenants and leaseholders whilst major works are carried out.
- Advise managers of any issues which may affect the project.
- Arrange presentation and exhibitions.
- Advise Leaseholders on their obligations to contribute to the cost of the major works.
Experience:
- Must have experience within the same or similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skill
