Skilled Careers are currently working with a leading contractor to recruit for 2x Repair Call Handlers on a temporary contract.

Start Date – ASAP


Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with tenants enquires via telephone and emails.
  • To deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Dealing with repair enquires
  • Liaising with tenants, contractors and other teams around the organisation.
  • Raising repair orders with SOR codes
  • Assisting the Repairs team with administrative tasks including emails.

Required Experience:

  • Must have at least 2 years experience working within a busy call centre – Essential.
  • Working within a Social Housing call centre – Desirable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
