Project Manager Required for a repeat client! 

Client: 

My client are a main contractor who have a turnover of circa £100M and operate across a variety of sectors including: residential, mixed use, commercial & public sector schemes to the value of £20M. 

Role: 

Due to a number of successful tenders, my client are looking to recruit a full time permanent project manager. My client are seeking a project manager who has a stable employment history with a proven track record of delivering projects across similar sectors. As project manager you will be responsible for running a project from site set up – PC leading on all matters whilst reporting into a visiting contracts manager / construction director. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Planning 
• Programming 
• H&S 
• Design
• Client Management 
• Day-day running of the site.
