Job Description:

Looking for an experienced carpenter multi within the social housing sector for a large respectable company called Wates Living Space.

Duties of the carpenter multi will include day to day maintenance repairs in occupied properties in and around the Uxbridge area. All duties will be sent through and documented through the use of PDA. 

Competitive pay rates with overtime subject to the individual. 

A van will be provided alongside a fuel card. 

This is for an immediate start (notice periods will be considered). 

The plasterer role is temp-perm,

Hourly rate is £18.57, this equivocates to £612 weekly pay based on a 42.5 hour working week.

For this carpenter multi role, the right candidate should have the following:

• Full UK driving licence
• Experience within the social housing sector
• Asbestos awareness
