IPAF Operator / Painter and Decorator requirements:

• Must hold a valid CSCS Card
• Must hold 3a, 3b IPAF ticket
• Must be able to provide references from previous employers
• Valid ID/Passport
• Full PPE
• Own tools and whites / overalls

IPAF Operator / Painter and Decorator duties:

• Operating a cherrypicker machine
• External painting
• Working to a high standard and finish
