Job title- Site Customer Service Manager
Salary- Up to £55K + Benefits
My client are a tier one housebuilder and they are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager based on sites in Essex.
As a Customer Service Manager you will work between the Customer Services team, the Construction team and the site based Customer Service Technicians, to deliver a excellent customer service.
Good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work well on own and in a team
Technical knowledge and experience from trade background
Previous experience working in a similar environment working with tier one housebuilder ideally
Excellent communication skills
